摘要
通过调研国内外通信卫星产业需求,分析了国外通信卫星公用平台的研制流程发展近况,结合当前国内成熟卫星平台的研制现状,梳理了航天器设计研制流程的技术脉络,结合东方红四号增强型(DFH-4E)卫星平台的研制经验,给出了通信卫星的总装、测试、试验(Assembly Integration Test,AIT)流程优化措施,包括专项测试优化、试验顺序及流程优化、电测项目优化、发射场流程优化等,可以为相近领域卫星的研制流程优化提供参考和借鉴。
Based on an assessment of domestic and international demands in the communication satellite industry,this study analyses recent development in the development processes of foreign generic communication satellite platforms.In light of the current development status of mature domestic satellite platforms,the technical lineage of spacecraft design and manufacturing workflows is clarified.Drawing on the development experience of DFH-4E satellite platform,a series of optimization measures for the Assembly,Integration,and Testing(AIT)processes of communication satellites is proposed,including the optimization of dedicated tests,test sequences and workflows,electrical test items,and launch-site procedures.These measures are expected to provide useful references for the optimization of development processes for satellites in related domains.
