摘要
智能航运的发展,离不开智能船舶的研制和应用。浙江省内河水网纵横、航运发达,针对适合浙北高等级集装箱航道的64TEU主船型,成功研制了一艘具有态势感知、远程控制和智能航行的智能船舶。本文从研究参与者和协调组织者角度,阐述了64TEU智能船舶研制过程中的经验以及在内河水域进行操控及应用推广方面的思考。同时,本文也对内河智能船舶的制造、运营以及相关领域规范的未来发展进行了展望,旨在为智能船舶的研发与进步提供有益的参考。
The development of intelligent shipping cannot be separated from the research and application of intelligent vessels.Zhejiang Province has a dense network of inland waterways and a developed shipping industry.Aiming at the 64 TEU main ship type suitable for the high-grade container channels in northern Zhejiang,an intelligent vessel with situation awareness,remote control,and intelligent navigation has been successfully developed.This paper,from the perspective of research participants and coordinators,elaborates on the experience in the development process of the 64 TEU intelligent vessel and the considerations for its operation and application promotion in inland water areas.Meanwhile,this paper also looks forward to the future development of the manufacturing,operation,and relevant regulatory fields of inland intelligent vessels,aiming to provide useful references for the research and progress of intelligent vessels.
