摘要
依托贵州某公路隧道开展现场测试和数值计算,基于遍布节理本构模型分析不同裂隙产状的隧道受荷特征,利用正交试验方法对不同裂隙特征的隧道进行系统锚杆非均匀支护分区优化。研究结果表明:裂隙面垂直水平面时隧道安全性最低,同时围岩最大位移与角度α、β满足正弦函数关系;裂隙面平行隧道径向时,隧道横断面围岩塑性区最大外接圆直径方向与裂隙面垂直;正交试验空白因素表明,除隧道系统锚杆尺度参数外的其他因素对隧道稳定性不可忽略;纵向间距相比于其他影响因素更加敏感,系统锚杆需根据裂隙产状与隧道横断面区域进行针对性优化。
Relying on a highway tunnel in Guizhou,on-site testing and numerical calculations are carried out,and based on all-over nodal constitutive model,the loading characteristics of tunnels with different cleavage characteristics is analyzed,finally orthogonal test method is used to optimize the direction of non-uniform support zones of system anchors for tunnels with different cleavage characteristics.The results show that:the tunnel safety is lowest when the cleavage surface is perpendicular to the horizontal plane,and at the same time,the maximum displacement of the surrounding rock meets the sinusoidal function relationship with the angleαandβ;when the cleavage surface is parallel to the radial direction of the tunnel,the direction of the maximum outer circle diameter of the surrounding material plastic zone of the tunnel cross-section is perpendicular to the cleavage surface;the blank factor of orthogonal test shows that,in addition to other factors except for the scale parameters of the tunnel system anchors,other factors on the stability of the tunnel can not be ignored;and the longitudinal distance is more sensitive than other influencing factors,and the system anchors need to be optimized according to the fissure production and tunnel cross-section area.
