摘要
本科毕业论文是高等教育实践教学的核心环节,其质量直接影响人才培养与社会需求的契合度。针对当前毕业论文选题普遍存在的创新同质化、实践脱节化、管控形式化等问题,该文基于广泛的问卷调查与实证调研,剖析问题根源与关键瓶颈,提出“双链接”驱动下选题质量提升路径,从认知引导、能力培养、资源支撑和机制保障四个维度给出系统性解决方案与实践路径,推动选题质量内涵式跃升,为同类院校破解选题难题、实现人才培养与行业需求深度融合提供实践范式。
The undergraduate thesis serves as a core component of practical teaching in higher education,and its quality directly determines the alignment between talent cultivation and social demands.Addressing the prevalent predicaments in current thesis topic selection-including homogenized innovation,disconnection from practice,and formalized management-this study conducts extensive questionnaire surveys and empirical investigations to dissect the root causes and key bottlenecks.This research proposes a"dual-linkage"driven framework for quality enhancement,offering systematic solutions and practical pathways from four dimensions:cognitive guidance,competence development,resource support,and mechanism guarantee.This research aims to promote the connotative improvement of topic selection quality and provide a practical paradigm for similar institutions to resolve topic-related challenges,thereby realizing in-depth integration between talent cultivation and industry needs.
