摘要
在生态文明建设与美丽中国战略持续深入推进的时代背景下,传统林科教育遭遇情怀培育欠缺、实践创新能力不强、教学时空受限等发展瓶颈。该文以本校自入选“卓越农林人才教育培养计划”以来历经十年的改革实践为研究样本,提出“融合赋能”理念,并系统阐释由价值、体系、技术三重融合驱动的育人新范式。实践结果显示,该模式有效提升了学生的林业情怀、跨学科创新能力及就业质量,为新时代新林科复合型人才培养提供具有可复制性与可推广性的范式。
In the context of the advancement of ecological civilization and the"Beautiful China"initiative,traditional forestry education has faced challenges,including inadequate cultivation of professional commitment,weak practical innovation abilities,and limitations in the spatiotemporal dimensions of teaching.Based on a decade of reform practices since the university's participation in the"Outstanding Agriculture and Forestry Education Program,"this paper puts forward the concept of"Integration and Empowerment"and systematically expounds a new educational paradigm driven by the tripartite integration of values,systems,and technology.Practical outcome sindicate that this model effectively enhances students'inclination towards the forestry industry,interdisciplinary innovation capabilities,and employment quality,providing a replicable and scalable framework for the cultivation of interdisciplinary talents in new forestry disciplines in the new era.
