摘要
系统综述地质大数据与人工智能技术在地质研究中的应用现状,地质大数据具有海量性与高价值性、多源异构与多模态性、高度时空关联性、高维度与高相关性、复杂性与模糊性等显著特性。针对这些特性,数据挖掘、机器学习、深度学习和知识图谱等人工智能技术提供有效的解决方案。进一步分析地质大数据与人工智能在地质知识图谱构建、化学异常处理、岩性识别、成矿预测模型建立、地质灾害预警等场景的实际应用情况,为地质工作的智能化升级提供有力参考。
This paper systematically reviews the application status of geological big data and artificial intelligence technology in geological research.Geological big data has significant characteristics,such as massive nature and high value,multi-source heterogeneity and multimodal nature,high spatio-temporal correlation,high dimensionality and high correlation,complexity and fuzziness.In response to these characteristics,artificial intelligence technologies such as data mining,machine learning,deep learning and knowledge graph provide effective solutions.The practical application of geological big data and artificial intelligence in geological knowledge graph construction,chemical anomaly processing,lithology identification,establishment of metallogenic prediction models,geological disaster warning and other scenarios is further analyzed,providing a powerful reference for the intelligent upgrading of geological work.
