摘要
调查疏浚前、中、后3个阶段底栖动物群落的结构特征,为科学评估该技术的生态效应提供依据。以巢湖南淝河口环保疏浚区为研究对象,通过在疏浚区与周围对照区布设研究点位,在清淤前、中、后分别开展底栖动物群落结构监测,评估底栖动物群落相似性、密度、生物量、优势种及生物多样性的变化,以探讨环保疏浚对底栖动物的影响。结果表明,疏浚刚结束时部分点位底栖动物密度与生物量会发生暂时明显下降,但疏浚结束一年后底栖动物密度与生物量分别较对照区升高51.7%与31.1%,疏浚区底栖动物物种数比对照区多出两种,疏浚区与对照区底栖动物群落结构的Jaccard与Sørensen指数均处于极相似水平,霍甫水丝蚓(Limnodrilus hoffmeisteri)、小摇蚊(Microchironomus sp.)等作为主要优势种没有发生改变,疏浚后底栖动物的香农-威纳生物多样性指数与均匀度指数未发生明显变化。
Environmental dredging is an effective way to control internal nutrient release from lake sediments.However,it has not been widely applied in lake restoration because it removes macrobenthos along with the contaminated surface sediments.In this study,we examined the influence of environmental dredging on macrobenthos community structure in Chaohu Lake.A macrobenthos investigation was carried out in the dredging area(Q2-Q10)and the surrounding control area(D2-D9)before(October 2021)during(January,April,July and October 2022),and after(January,April,July and October 2023)the environmental dredging project in Chaohu Lake,located at the mouth of Nanfei River.The dynamics in macrobenthos community similarity,dominant species,density,biomass,and biodiversity were then systematically evaluated.Macrobenthos density and biomass decreased temporarily at some sites after dredging,but one year after dredging was completed,the density and biomass of benthic organisms in the dredged area had increased,respectively,by 51.7% and 31.1%,compared to the control area.Furthermore,two more macrobenthos species were collected in the dredged area than in the control area.The Jaccard and Sorensen similarity indices of macrobenthos community structure in the dredged area and the control area were very similar.Before,during,and after dredging,the benthic fauna in both the environmental dredging area and the control area of Chaohu Lake were predominantly composed of Oligochaeta and Insecta,and the key dominant species,Limnodrilus hoffmeisteri and Microchironomus sp.,maintained their dominant positions during and after dredging.There were no significant changes in the Shannon-Wiener diversity and Pielou evenness indices of macrobenthos after dredging.
