环庚三烯酮异喹啉生物碱与氮杂荧蒽生物碱的研究进展

摘要 环庚三烯酮异喹啉生物碱(tropoloisoquinoline alkaloids,TA)和氮杂荧蒽生物碱(azafluoranthene alkaloids,AA)是一类具有环戊二烯并[i,j]异喹啉母核的生物碱。迄今从植物中分离鉴定出7个TA和11个AA类化合物,主要存在于防己科和天南星科植物中,且含量普遍较低。鉴于TA和AA良好的生物活性,国内外研究学者对AA和TA的合成方法及反应条件进行了探索和优化。本文从TA和AA的植物来源、化学合成途径及生物活性研究进展进行了系统的总结与分析,以期为TA和AA类化合物的合成途径优化、活性机理研究及药物开发提供科学参考。 Tropoloisoquinoline alkaloids(TA)and azafluoranthene alkaloids(AA)are a class of alkaloids with cyclopentadieno[i,j]isoquinoline parent nucleus.To date,seven TA-type and eleven AA-type compounds have been isolated and identified from plants.These compounds are predominantly distributed in plants of the families Menispermaceae and Araceae,and generally occur at low abundance.Given the good biological activities of TA and AA,domestic and foreign researchers have explored and optimized the synthesis methods and reaction conditions of AA and TA.The plant sources,chemical synthesis pathways and biological activity research progress of TA and AA are systematically summarized and analyzed in this paper,in order to provide scientific reference for the optimization of the synthetic pathway,activity mechanism research and drug development of TA and AA compounds.
