摘要
小檗碱是从三棵针、黄连、黄柏等天然药材中提取的优秀药物,在畜牧生产上具有良好的应用前景,但目前缺少对小檗碱药代动力学的系统分析。因此,文章从小檗碱的传统临床应用历史出发,对小檗碱的主要代谢产物、代谢途径及当前的药代动力学研究现状进行综述,深入探讨了小檗碱的代谢机制,总结了其药代动力学的主要特征,并指出当前存在药理机制、临床使用、新药开发、联合用药等方面的研究不足和未来可能的发展方向,为其在畜牧养殖业中进一步开发研究和推广应用提供参考。
Berberine is an excellent medicine extracted from natural medicinal materials such as Radix ber⁃beridis,Coptis chinensis,and Phellodendron amurense.Berberine has good application prospects in animal husbandry production,but there is a lack of systematic analysis of berberine pharmacokinetics.Therefore,based on the traditional clinical application history of berberine,this paper reviews the main metabolites,metabolic pathways and current pharmacokinetic research status of berberine,analyzes the metabolic mechanism of berberine,summarizes the main characteristics of its pharmacokinetics,and points out the current lack of pharmacological mechanisms,clinical use,new drug development,combination of drugs and other aspects of research and possible future development directions,providing a reference for its further development and promotion in the animal husbandry industry.
