摘要
目的 探讨气压治疗仪配合低分子肝素钙在剖宫产产妇中的应用效果。方法 选取84例剖宫产产妇,随机分为两组各42例。对照组给予低分子肝素钙治疗,观察组采用气压治疗仪配合低分子肝素钙治疗。对比两组凝血指标、下肢血流速度及下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)发生率。结果 治疗后,观察组的APTT、 TT、 PT均长于对照组,FIB、 D-D水平均低于对照组,下肢腘静脉速度、下肢股静脉速度均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组下肢DVT发生率4.76%,低于对照组的19.05%(P<0.05)。结论 气压治疗仪配合低分子肝素钙能改善剖宫产产妇凝血功能与血流动力学指标、下肢血流速度,减少下肢DVT的发生。
Objective To explore the application effect of pneumatic therapeutic apparatus combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium in cesarean section puerperae.Methods 84 cases of cesarean section puerperae were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium,and the observation group was treated with pneumatic therapeutic apparatus combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium.The coagulation indicators,lower extremity blood flow velocity and the incidence of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis(DVT)were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the APTT,TT,and PT in the observation group were all longer than those in the control group,the levels of FIB and D-D were both lower than those in the control group,and the velocity of the popliteal vein and femoral vein in the lower limbs were both higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of lower extremity DVT in the observation group was 4.76%,lower than 19.05%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Pneumatic therapeutic apparatus combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium can improve coagulation function,hemodynamic indicators,lower extremity blood flow velocity and reduce the incidence of lower extremity DVT in cesarean section puerperae.
