摘要
目的:研究标准化护理流程对老年缺血性脑卒中患者的影响。方法:选取2022年2月—2023年5月山东大学齐鲁医院收治的154例老年缺血性脑卒中患者,随机均分为2组,对照组和实验组,每组77例,对照组执行常规护理流程,实验组执行标准化护理流程,对比两组护理流程的疗效。结果:护理后,实验组的下肢深静脉血栓发生率、神经功能得分、血压指标均低于对照组(P<0.05),护理后,实验组意识水平得分高于对照组,对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年缺血性脑卒中患者实施标准化护理流程可显著降低其下肢深静脉血栓发生风险,改善患者的神经功能,提高其意识水平,降低患者血压指标,对老年缺血性脑卒中患者的临床护理具有积极影响。
Objective:To study the effect of standardized nursing procedures on elderly patients with ischemic stroke.Methods:154 elderly patients with ischemic stroke admitted to Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from February 2022 to May 2023 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 77 cases in each group.The control group performed routine nursing procedures,and the experimental group performed standardized nursing procedures.The efficacy of the nursing procedures in the two groups was compared.Results:After nursing,the incidence rate of deep vein thrombosis,nerve function score and blood pressure index of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the consciousness level score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of standardized nursing procedures for elderly patients with ischemic stroke can significantly reduce the risk of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis,improve the neurological function and consciousness level of patients,and reduce the blood pressure index of patients,which has a positive impact on the clinical nursing of elderly patients with ischemic stroke.
