医防融合下二级及以下医疗机构护理人员教学能力现状及“防-护-教”一体化策略研究

摘要 目的调查分析二级及以下医疗机构护理人员教学能力现状及影响因素,制定“防-护-教”一体化提升策略,为优化二级及以下医疗机构护理服务提供依据。方法采用现况研究法对44家二级及以下医疗机构的501名护理人员进行调研。结果二级及以下医疗机构护理人员呈年轻化、低职称的特征,教学参与率不高,但对提升教学能力有明确的需求和积极的态度,对教育能力提升的内容、方式和资源需求表现出较为集中的趋势,护理带教人员的教学主要呈经验主导型,学历和愿意为提升教育质量投入时间是影响教学能力的主要因素。结论二级及以下医疗机构护理人员教学能力建设滞后于实际需求,建议通过分层分类开发“防-护-教”一体化课程模块、数智赋能构建“防-护-教”协同培养方式、多维耦合形成人力保障激励机制促进“防-护-教”能力一体化提升。 Objective To investigate and analyze the current situation and influencing factors of nursing staff's teaching ability in secondary and lower-level medical institutions,and to formulate an integrated promotion strategy of“Prevention-Protection-Education”enhancement strategy,so as to provide a basis for optimizing nursing services in such institutions.Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted involving 501 nurses from 44 secondary and lower-level medical institutions.Results The nursing staff in secondary and lower-level medical institutions were characterized by a young age and low professional titles,with a relatively low rate of teaching participation.However,they had clear needs and positive attitude toward improving teaching ability,and showed a relatively concentrated trend in the content,methods and resource needs of improving education ability.The nursing teaching staff was mainly experience-oriented.Education background and willingness to invest time in improving education quality were the main factors affecting teaching ability.Conclusion The teaching ability construction in secondary and lower-level medical institutions lags behind actual needs.It is recommended to develop the integrated curriculum module of“prevention-protection-education”through hierarchical classification,construct the collaborative training mode of“prevention-protection-education”through mathematical intelligence,and establish the human guarantee incentive mechanism through multidimensional coupling to promote the integrated improvement of“prevention-protection-education”ability.
