摘要
在DRG支付改革与公立医院高质量发展背景下,作为医院精益化管理的核心工具,6S管理通过环境标准化(Seiri/Seiton)、流程再造(Seiso/Seiketsu)、行为规范化(Shitsuke/Security)三维联动,构建医疗质量安全防线。文章通过分析党建引领下,构建由医院党委书记和院长担任双组长的领导小组,整合多科室力量组成考核小组,以护理部为牵头科室,设立项目推进办公室,并借助区域导师、各科室所在支部的党支部书记及6S专员的协同工作,全面推动医院6S环境管理。实践证明,该项目有效提升了医院环境质量、工作效率与医疗服务水平,为医院可持续发展奠定了坚实基础。
Under the background of DRG payment reform and high-quality development of public hospitals,as a core tool of hospital lean management,the 6S management model establishes a three-dimensional linkage mechanism through environmental standardization(Seiri/Seiton),process reengineering(Seiri/Seiton),and behavioral normalization(Shitsuke/Safety)to build a medical quality and safety defense line.This paper analyzes how,with Party committees providing guidance,a leadership group with the hospital Party secretary and president as dual leaders was established,integrating multidisciplinary forces to form an assessment team.With the nursing department as the leading unit and a project implementation office set up,and leveraging the collaborative efforts of regional mentors,Party branch secretaries of respective departments,and 6S specialists,the hospital comprehensively promoted 6S environmental management.Practice has proven that this project effectively improved hospital environmental quality,work efficiency,and medical service levels,laying a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the hospital.
