摘要
目的:探讨玉屏风颗粒治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染患儿的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年1月~2023年12月期间某院收治的126例儿童反复呼吸道感染患儿作为研究对象,采用简单随机数字表法分为A组和B组,每组63例。A组患儿接受基础方案治疗,B组在A组治疗基础上加用玉屏风颗粒。比较两组患儿炎症因子[γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-5(IL-5)、白介素-4(IL-4)、降钙素原(PCT)]水平、免疫功能指标[免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)]、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。采用IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0软件进行数据挖掘,并分析影响患儿临床疗效的相关因素。结果:治疗后,两组患儿IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-5、IL-4和PCT水平均降低,且B组低于A组(P<0.05);IgM、IgG和IgA均升高,且B组高于A组(P<0.05)。B组患儿临床治疗总有效率(95.24%)高于A组(79.37%,P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗期间不良反应总发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。数据挖掘结果显示,治疗方式为患儿临床疗效最重要的影响因素,其重要性评估系数值为0.9679。采用聚类算法对不同疗效患儿的临床特征进行分析显示,PCT、病程、组别在中等响应组、特殊响应组中均表现为较高的山峰度,年龄在4个相应组中均具有较高的山峰度。结论:玉屏风颗粒治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染患儿具有较好的临床效果,可有效降低炎症因子水平,改善免疫功能。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Yupingfeng granules in treating pediatric patients with recurrent respiratory tract infections.Methods:A total of 126 children with recurrent respiratory tract infections admitted to a hospital between January 2020 and December 2023 were selected and assigned to Group A and Group B using simple random number table method,with 63 patients in each group.Pediatric patients in Group A received the basic treatment regimen,while those in Group B received Yupingfeng granules in addition to the treatment given in Group A.The levels of inflammatory factors[interferon-γ(IFN-γ),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-5(IL-5),interleukin-4(IL-4),procalcitonin(PCT)],immune function parameters[immunoglobulin M(IgM),immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin A(IgA)],clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Data mining was performed using IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software to analyze the factors influencing the clinical efficacy of the treatment in pediatric patients.Results:After treatment,the levels of IFN-γ,TNF-α,IL-5,IL-4 and PCT decreased in both groups,with Group B showing lower levels than Group A(P<0.05).The levels of IgM,IgG and IgA increased in both groups,with Group B showing higher levels than Group A(P<0.05).The total effective rate in Group B(95.24%)was higher than that in Group A(79.37%,P<0.05).No statistically significant difference was observed in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The results of data mining indicated that the treatment method was the most significant factor influencing the clinical efficacy in pediatric patients,with an importance evaluation coefficient of 0.9679.Cluster analysis for the clinical characteristics of pediatric patients with varying treatment outcomes revealed that PCT,disease duration and group had higher peaks in the moderate response group and the special response group,and age had higher peaks in all four corresponding groups.Conclusion:Yupingfeng granules demonstrated favorable clinical efficacy in treating pediatric recurrent respiratory tract infections,effectively reducing inflammatory factor levels and improving immune function.
