摘要
对新质生产力的学理性认识不能仅仅停留在内涵特征层面的概括描述,更要进行“何以如此”的逻辑阐释。基于结构要素、系统观照、逐本溯源三个考察维度,新质生产力是科学技术与劳动者产生耦合能动作用、高素质劳动者运用科学技术进行创新驱动的先进生产力;是在积极、能动、和谐的人—物、人—人、人—自然关系中实现的生产力发展新阶段新形态;其最终归宿是在生产力、社会、人三者互为前提上升运动中全体人民群众实现共同发展。
