摘要
农村生态环境直接影响农业农村现代化进程,改善乡村人居环境是建设农村生态文明、实现乡村振兴的重要前提,对于我国实现城乡一体化发展具有重要意义。以我国30个省级行政区为研究对象,利用2011-2024年省级面板数据构建实证模型并发现,数字经济和农业融合能够促进乡村人居环境改善;调节效应模型的结果表明,网络基础设施和财政支出在其中发挥着重要机制作用。网络基础设施的发展必须兼顾数字经济和农业融合,片面发展网络基础设施不利于乡村人居环境改善。同时,财政支出会增强数字经济和农业融合对乡村人居环境的促进作用。区域异质性分析结果发现,数字经济和农业融合能够明显扩大中西部和东部地区、北方和南方地区乡村人居环境质量差距。最后围绕数字经济和农业融合、网络基础设施建设、财政支出提出了政策建议。
The 5 rural ecological environment directlyaffects the process of agricultural and rural modernization.Improving the rural living environment is a crucial prerequisite for building a rural ecological civilization and achieving rural revitalization,and it holds significant importance for China to realize integrated urban-rural ment.develop-This study takes 30 provincial-level administrative regions in China as its research object.Constructing an empirical model using provincial panel data from 2011 to 2024,we find that the integration of the digital conomy e-and agriculture promotes the improvement of the rural living environment.The moderating effect model indicates that network infrastructure and fiscal expenditure are important mechanisms in this process.ally,Specific-the development of network infrastructure must be coordinated with the digital economy-agriculture gration;inte-one-sided development is detrimental to this improvement.Meanwhile,fiscal expenditure enhances the positive impact of this integration.Analysis of regional heterogeneity reveals that the integration significantly widens the gaps in the quality of the rural living environment between the central-western and eastern regions,as well as between the northern and southern regions.Finally,policy recommendations are proposed concerning the integration of the digital economy and agriculture,the construction of network structure,infra-and fiscal expenditure.
