摘要
农业农村现代化是中国式现代化的关键组成部分,数字经济的纵深发展和全面拓展为中国式农业农村现代化注入了新动能。在构建2011—2020年31个省区市数字经济发展指数的基础上,多维度实证考察数字经济对中国式农业农村现代化的影响及其内在机制。实证分析结果表明:数字经济有效赋能中国式农业农村现代化。机制检验证实,科技创新和人力资本是其重要的中介传导机制,其中科技创新的影响效应较人力资本更显著。异质性分析显示,数字经济对中国式农业农村现代化的赋能效应呈现出“中西部>东部”的总体态势;数字经济对农业农村现代化的影响表现为:粮食产销平衡区>粮食主产区>粮食主销区;农业农村现代化水平越高,数字经济的赋能效应就越明显。分维度估计结果表明,相较于农村现代化,数字经济对农业现代化的驱动力更强劲。
Agricultural and rural modernization is a key component of Chinese path to modernization.The in-depth development and comprehensive expansion of the digital economy has injected new momentum into Chinese style agricultural and rural modernization.Based on the construction of the digital economy development index for 31 provinces from 2011 to 2020,this study empirically examines the impact of the digital economy on the modern-ization of Chinese style agriculture and rural areas and its underlying mechanisms from multiple dimensions.The empirical analysis results show that the digital economy effectively empowers the modernization of Chinese-style agriculture and rural areas.The mechanism test confirms that scientific and technological innovation and human capital are its important intermediary transmission mechanism,and the impact of scientific and technological inno-vation is more significant than human capital.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the enabling effect of digital econ-omy on the modernization of Chinese-style agriculture and rural areas presents a general trend of“central and western regions>eastern regions”;The impact of digital economy on agricultural and rural modernization in grain production and marketing balance areas>main grain production areas>main grain sales areas;The higher the level of agricultural and rural modernization,the stronger the enabling effect of digital economy.The results of fractal es-timation show that compared with rural modernization,digital economy has a stronger driving force for agricultural modernization.
