基于最小二乘法的压缩机性能估算模型及应用

摘要 本文基于最小二乘法,提出了一种5系数法拟合压缩机性能参数的计算方法,推导了涡旋压缩机的数学模型,并求解了某一型号涡旋压缩机的计算表达式,拟合制冷量的误差为-1.03%~0.68%,相同系数下该系列压缩机的拟合误差为±5%。应用该模型完成了5HRD-10型稻谷热泵主机的压缩机选型和校验,模型推演工况与设备实际运行工况相当,分析了5HRD型热泵干燥机实际运行数据得到秋收环温低于15℃时,平均去水能耗约为2.85 MJ/kg水;夏收环温约30℃,平均去水能耗约为1.33 MJ/kg水,较传统燃油热风烘干节能70.4%。所得模型有利于工程设计人员估算性能参数表以外的温度对应的制冷量,对提高制冷和热泵系统产品的设计效率具有重要意义。 A method of 5 coefficients was been presented for calculating the compressor performance parameters.The mathematical model of scroll compressor was been derived and solved the calculation expression of a certain type of scroll compressor.Using the expression to calculate refrigerating capacity acquire that the fitting error was-1.03%~0.68%and the fitting error of the compressor series under the same coefficient was±5%.The model was applied to complete the compressor selection and verification for the 5HRD-10 rice heat pump dryer.The model simulation conditions were equivalent to the actual operating conditions of the equipment.After analyzing the actual operating data of the 5HRD heat pump dryer,it was found that when the ambient temperature during autumn harvest was below 15℃,the average water consumption for removing water was about 2.85 MJ/kg.The summer harvest temperature was about 30℃,and the average water consumption for removing water was about 1.33 MJ/kg,which was 70.4%more energy-efficient than traditional fuel hot air drying.The model can be used to estimate the cooling capacity corresponding to the temperature beyond the performance parameter table.It has great significance to improve the design efficiency of refrigeration system and heat pump system products.
