血管内皮生长因子在非小细胞肺癌侵袭转移与治疗抵抗中的研究进展

Research progress of vascular endothelial growth factor in invasion,metastasis and treatment resistance of non-small cell lung cancer

摘要 非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的侵袭转移是一个复杂的过程,涉及多种生物学因素,其中肿瘤血管生成为NSCLC侵袭转移的关键环节,其过程受血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)信号通路的精密调控。作为一种高度特异性的促血管内皮细胞生长因子,VEGF通过与血管内皮细胞上的受体结合,可激活信号转导通路,进而引发内皮细胞增殖和血管形成,在NSCLC侵袭转移中具有重要作用。靶向VEGF的治疗策略可显著抑制肿瘤血管生成,目前已成为晚期NSCLC综合治疗的重要组成部分。因此,明确VEGF在NSCLC侵袭转移中的作用机制,寻找治疗靶点可能有助于降低NSCLC侵袭转移风险。 The invasion and metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)is a complex process involving many biological factors.Tumor angiogenesis is a key link in the invasion and metastasis of NSCLC,and its process is precisely regulated by the vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)signaling pathway.As a highly specific vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF can activate signal transduction pathways by binding to receptors on vascular endothelial cells,leading to endothelial cell proliferation and angiogenesis.It plays a prominent role in the invasion and metastasis of NSCLC.The treatment strategy targeting VEGF can significantly inhibit tumor angiogenesis and has become an important component of comprehensive treatment for advanced NSCLC.Therefore,clarifying the mechanism of VEGF in NSCLC invasion and metastasis and seeking therapeutic targets may help reduce the risk of NSCLC invasion and metastasis.
