摘要
目的探讨加速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)护理对踝关节骨折手术患者的影响。方法将2021年1月至2024年11月苏州市吴中人民医院收治的140例踝关节骨折手术患者采用随机数字表法分为两组,各70例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上行ERAS护理。比较两组护理效果。结果观察组骨折愈合、首次下床时间短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后7 d、14 d的视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);术后1个月,观察组美国足踝外科协会(American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society,AOFAS)踝-后足功能评分高于对照组,屈曲度、背伸度大于对照组,负重外翻、内翻度小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论ERAS护理能够促进踝关节骨折手术患者骨折的愈合,缩短首次下床时间,减轻疼痛,提升踝关节功能,改善踝关节活动度,降低并发症发生率,并提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the impact of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)care on patients undergoing ankle fracture surgery.Methods 140 patients who underwent ankle fracture surgery admitted to Suzhou Wuzhong People’s Hospital from January 2021 to November 2024 were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 70 patients in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received ERAS care on the basis of the control group.Compare the nursing effects of two groups.Results The observation group had shorter fracture healing time and earlier initial ambulation compared to the control group,with a lower incidence of complications and higher nursing satisfaction(P<0.05);The observation group scored lower on the visual analog scale(VAS)at 7 days and 14 days postoperatively compared to the control group(P<0.05);One month after surgery,the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society(AOFAS)ankle-hindfoot functional score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with greater flexion and dorsiflexion degrees,and less weight-bearing eversion and inversion degrees compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion ERAS care can promote fracture healing in patients undergoing ankle fracture surgery,shorten initial ambulation time,reduce pain,improve ankle function,enhance ankle range of motion,decrease complication incidence,and increase nursing satisfaction.
