摘要
目的:探讨快速康复外科在老年踝关节骨折手术治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2016年12月—2018年12月我院收治的80例老年踝关节骨折患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组接受快速康复外科治疗,对照组予传统康复护理治疗。比较两组患者的AOFAS踝-后足功能评分、住院时间和满意度。结果:观察组AOFAS踝-后足功能评分总分(90.26±8.48)分明显高于对照组(75.38±7.96)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者总满意度(92.50%)明显高于对照组(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间(10.23±1.06)天较对照组(13.56±1.25)天明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:快速康复外科护理有助于促进老年坏踝关节骨折患者术后踝关节功能康复,并缩短了住院时间和提高了患者满意度、生活质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery in the treatment of ankle fracture in the elderly.Methods 80 cases of the elderly patients with ankle fracture were selected as research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group received rapid rehabilitation surgical treatment,while the control group received traditional rehabilitation nursing treatment.The AOFAS ankle-posterior foot function score,hospital stay and degree of satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total score of AOFAS ankle-hind foot function in the observation group(90.26±8.48)points was significantly higher than that in the control group(75.38±7.96)points,which the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction degree of the observation group(92.50%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.00%),which the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospital stays in the observation group(10.23±1.06 days)was significantly shorter than that in the control group(13.56±1.25)days,which the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing is helpful to promote the rehabilitation of ankle function in the elderly patients with ankle fracture after surgery,shorten the hospital stay and improve the patients’degree of satisfaction and the quality of life.
