摘要
醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚乳液(简称VAE乳液)是以醋酸乙烯酯和乙烯为原料生产的一种用途广泛的聚合物产品,近年来,随着生产能力的不断增加,我国VAE乳液的供需状况发生了较大变化。文章分析了我国VAE乳液的供需现状及发展前景,2025年我国VAE乳液的生产能力为1436 kt/a,2024年表观消费量为993.7 kt,预计2029年生产能力和消费量将分别达到2186 kt/a和1250 kt,同时指出了我国VAE乳液未来的发展趋势,并提出了今后的发展建议。
Vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion(VAE emulsion)is a versatile polymer product made from vinyl acetate and vinyl monomer.In recent years,with the increasing production capacity,the supply and demand of VAE emulsion in China has changed greatly.The supply and demand status and development prospect of vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion in China were analyzed.The production capacity of VAE emulsion in China was 1436 kt/a in 2025,and the apparent consumption was 993.7 kt in 2024.It is expected that the production capacity and consumption will reach about 2186 kt/a and 1250 kt respectively in 2029.The future development trend of vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion in China are pointed out,and the future development suggestions are put forward.
