我国硫磷氟钛产业链发展现状及展望

The current situation and prospects of the development of sulphur phosphorus fluoride and titanium industry chain in China

摘要 介绍了近5年我国硫磷氟钛产业链发展现状。截至2024年底,我国硫黄产能18.82 Mt/a,2024年表观消费量21.08 Mt;硫酸产能141 Mt/a,表观消费量115.5 Mt;磷肥产能(以P_(2)O_(5)计)21.8 Mt/a,表观消费量13.614 Mt;氢氟酸产能3.843 Mt/a,表观消费量2.318 Mt;钛白粉产能6.05 Mt/a,表观消费量为2.96 Mt,均保持增长态势。硫磷氟钛行业在节能减排、资源综合利用、绿色低碳精细化发展等方面取得了新进展。未来我国硫酸、磷肥、氢氟酸和钛白粉等行业都将面临产业结构调整、低碳绿色清洁生产、智能化数字化改造的机遇与挑战。 The current development status of the sulphur,phosphorus,fluorine and titanium industry chain in China in the past 5 years are introduced.As of the end of 2024,China’s sulphur production capacity is 18.82 Mt/a,with an apparent consumption of 21.08 Mt in 2024,sulphuric acid production capacity is 141 Mt/a,with an apparent consumption of 115.5 Mt/a,phosphate fertilizer production capacity(calculated as P_(2)O_(5))is 21.8 Mt/a,with an apparent consumption of 13.614 Mt,hydrofluoric acid production capacity is 3.843 Mt/a,with an apparent consumption of 2.318 Mt,and titanium dioxide powder production capacity is 6.05 Mt/a,with an apparent consumption of 2.96 Mt,all maintaining a growth trend.The sulphur,phosphorus,fluorine,and titanium industry has made new progress in energy conservation and emission reduction,comprehensive resource utilization,and green,low-carbon,and refined development.In the future,industries such as sulphuric acid,phosphate fertilizer,hydrofluoric acid,and titanium dioxide in China will face opportunities and challenges in industrial restructuring,low-carbon,green,and clean production,as well as intelligent and digital transformation.
