摘要
高校研究生群体是国家创新能力建设与科技自强自立的人才保障和智力来源,其科技伦理素养直接关系到科技的正向发展和社会建设的道德底线。提升高校研究生科技伦理教育质量,对于落实高校研究生教育立德树人根本任务、推进高校研究生教育高质量发展、增强高校研究生应对科技伦理风险能力等具有重要的现实意义。当前高校研究生科技伦理教育存在供给严重不足、顶层设计尚不完善、理论教学与实践育人相脱节等现实困境。为此,亟需加大高校研究生优质科技伦理教育供给,推动师资队伍建设由传统专一型向多学科交叉复合型转变;加强顶层设计引领,推动高校研究生科技伦理教育评价由单一化评价向系统性综合评估转变;革新教学方式,推动高校研究生科技伦理教育由注重理论教学向理论与实践并举转变。
The graduate students in high education are the core talent pool for national innovation capacity and sci-tech self-reliance and self-strengthening,so their ethics literacy in science and technology fundamentally shapes the positive development of science and technology as well as the moral trajectory of societal progress.Enhancing ethics education in science and technology for graduate students are of great significance in the following three dimensions:(1)fulfilling the moral cultivation mandate of graduate education,(2)promoting high-quality development of graduate education,and(3)enhancing graduate students'decision-making capacity in addressing ethical risks in science and technology.Ethics education in science and technology for graduate students in China faces practical challenges and implementation barriers,including severe inadequacy in educational supply,top-level design is not perfect,and large theory-practice implementation gaps.Thus,it is imperative to enhance high-quality educational supply of science and technology ethics for graduate students by promoting the transformation of faculty development from mono-disciplinary specialists to versatile,inter-disciplinary scholars;optimize top-level institutional design through driving a paradigm shift in educational assessment—from reliance on single evaluation to systematic comprehensive evaluations;and innovate teaching approaches to facilitate a transformation from an emphasis on theoretical instruction to the integration of theory and practice.
