某机电产品锤击试验冲击响应特性研究

摘要 为了得到螺纹连接下的某机电产品锤击响应特性,采用理论分析、数值模拟和试验验证的方法,运用非线性有限元分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA对不同齿数、衬垫材料和衬垫厚度下锤击测试品冲击特性进行仿真分析研究,将其结果与理论计算结果进行对比并通过锤击试验验证。结果表明,在23齿内,无衬垫下锤头观测点最高锤击过载峰值约为30000 g,冲击脉宽约为40~60μs,锤击底座观测点最高锤击过载峰值约为17000 g,冲击脉宽约为80~110μs;在23齿内,H62黄铜衬垫下锤击底座观测点最高锤击过载峰值约为10000 g,冲击脉宽约为130~170μs。在常用的3种锤击试验衬垫材料中,降幅增宽效果从好到差依次为丁腈橡胶、H62黄铜和聚氨酯。 In order to get the hammering response characteristics of a certain electromechanical product under the threaded connection,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and experimental verification are adopted,and the nonlinear finite element analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA is used to carry out simulation analysis and research on the impact characteristics of the hammering test sample with different numbers of teeth,liner materials and liner thicknesses.The results are compared with theoretical calculations and verified by hammer tests.The results show that within 23 teeth,the highest peak hammer overload is about 30000 g and the impact pulse width is about 40~60μs at the observation point of the hammer head without liner,and the highest peak hammer overload is about 17000 g and the impact pulse width is about 80~110μs at the observation point of the hammer base;within 23 teeth,the highest peak hammer overload is about 10000 g and the impact pulse width is about 130~170μs at the observation point of the hammer base under the liner of H62 brass.Among the three commonly used liner materials for hammering test,the effect of width reduction and widening from good to poor is Buna-N,H62 brass and polyurethane in descending order.
