河南某黄金冶炼厂多金属伴生金精矿综合回收实验

Experimental Study on Comprehensive Recovery of Multi-metal Associated Gold Concentrate in a Gold Smelter in Henan Province

摘要 河南某黄金冶炼厂来料金精矿中含有铜、铅、锌等伴生元素,氰化浸出过程中,铜的存在使氰化钠耗量大、金的氰化浸出率降低、生产成本提高。采用石灰抑制黄铁矿—优先浮选铜矿物的工艺,精矿产率7.93%、铜品位12.54%、铜回收率89.26%,金品位504.92 g/t、金回收率87.95%,实现了铜矿物的有效回收。精矿可作为铜精矿外售,尾矿氰化提金,可实现有价伴生元素的综合回收。 Gold concentrate of a gold smelter in Henan Province contains copper,lead,zinc and other associated elements.During the cyanide leaching process,the presence of copper makes the consumption of sodium cyanide large,the cyanide leaching rate of gold reduced,and the production cost increased.With the process of lime inhibiting pyrite and preferential flotation of copper minerals,the concentrate yield is 7.93%,copper grade is 12.54%,copper recovery rate is 89.26%,gold grade is 504.92 g/t,and gold recovery rate is 87.95%,realizing the effective recovery of copper minerals.The concentrate can be sold as copper concentrate,and the tailings can be cyanided to extract gold,which can realize the comprehensive recovery of valuable associated elements.
