摘要
对菲律宾某含铜合砷难处理金精矿进行了两段焙烧一酸浸一氰化工艺研究。结果表明,在一段焙烧温度600~630℃、二段焙烧温度630~660℃下两段焙烧,脱砷率和脱硫率分别达88%和89%以上。酸浸提铜、氰化浸金在优化工艺条件下,金、铜浸出率分别达88.50%和80%以上。
Focusing on refractory gold concentrate containing arsenic and copper from Philippines, the technology of two stage roasting-acid leaching-cyanidation was studied. The results show that the removal rate of As and S was more than 88% and 89% respectively with roasting temperature 600~630℃ at the first stage and 630~660℃ at the second stage. Under the optimum conditions, the recovery rate of Au and Cu is above 88.5% and 80% respectively.
