摘要
为了解决激光扫描系统监测的点云数据特征处理以及地铁隧道变形检测的问题,文章通过移动式激光扫描技术获取隧道的点云数据,并采用统计滤波法、点云布料滤波法和空间体素采样法对数据进行预处理。然后通过空间圆柱迭代拟合法提取隧道的中轴线,并利用椭圆拟合和最小二乘拟合对数据进行去噪处理。结果表明,移动式激光扫描技术在X、Y、Z方向上的最大偏差分别为7.0 mm、7.0 mm、6.2 mm,最小偏差分别为5.5 mm、3.5 mm、4.0 mm。椭圆拟合得到的所有点的中心点偏差平均值为5.61 mm,误差值为±2.0 mm,符合一致性界限,具有可靠性。移动式激光扫描技术能实现地铁隧道变形的精准检测,为后续的维护提供依据。
In order to solve problems of feature processing of point cloud data monitored by the laser scanning system and subway tunnel deformation detection,this paper obtains point cloud data of tunnels through mobile laser scanning technology,and uses statistical filtering,point cloud fabric filtering,and spatial voxel sampling methods to propocess the data.Then,the central axis of the tunnel is extracted by using the spatial cylinder iterative fitting method,and the data are denoised by using ellipse fitting and least squares fitting.The results show that the maximum deviations of mobile laser scanning technology in the X,Y and Z directions are 7.0 mm,7.0 mm and 6.2 mm,respectively,and the minimum deviations are 5.5 mm,3.5 mm and 4.0 mm,respectively.The average deviation value of the center points of all points obtained by ellipse fitting is 5.61 mm,and the error value of±2.0 mm,which meets the consistency limit and is reliable.This mobile laser scanning technology can achieve precise detection of subway tunnel deformation and provide a basis for subsequent maintenance.
