摘要
隧道开挖过程中经常发生断面超欠挖现象,为有效控制超挖、避免红线欠挖,节约施工成本,研究一种基于三维激光扫描技术的隧道超欠挖算法。通过三维激光扫描技术,能够全面高效地对隧道开挖断面进行数据采集,将得到的点云数据处理后,根据隧道断面超欠挖算法计算超欠挖量、超欠挖面积、平均线性超挖量、超欠挖方量及延米超欠挖方量等数据,从而判断其超欠挖情况。将此算法应用于某矿山法铁路隧道施工中,计算结果显示检测段落中存在轻微欠挖、超挖量较大、平均线性超挖值较大等问题,应及时处理欠挖处,并调整下一环爆破方案。本算法能够方便快捷的计算断面超欠挖情况,便于施工单位调整爆破方案,具有一定实用价值。
Overcut and undercut often occur in the process of tunnel excavation.In order to effectively control overcut,avoid undercut and save construction cost,a tunnel over-under-cut algorithm based on 3D laser scanning technology is studied.Through 3D laser scanning technology,data collection of tunnel excavation section can be carried out comprehensively and efficiently.After processing the obtained point cloud data,data such as over-under-cut amount and over-under-cut area,average linear overcut amount,over-under-cut amount,and over-under-cut amount of extension meter can be calculated according to the algorithm of over-under-cut of tunnel section,so as to judge the overcut and undercut situations.The algorithm is applied to a railway tunnel constructed with mining method.The calculation results show that the detection of the section indicates mild undercut,big overcut and larger average linear overcut,and the undercut should be treated in a timely manner and the ring blasting scheme should be adjusted.This algorithm can fast and conveniently calculate the section over-under-cut,and it is of practical value to adjust blasting scheme.
