摘要
主动健康是我国传统医学“治未病”理念在新时代的发展和应用,强调发挥主观能动性,采取健康的生活方式,预防疾病的发生。随着人们对健康的关注度越来越高,主动健康已经成为面向全人群、全生命周期、全健康过程的全民健康保障体系的重要组成部分;主动健康理念已经在健康管理、疾病防控、公共卫生体系建设等方面发挥着作用。本文通过分析主动健康的相关文献,对当前主动健康的应用领域、评价工具、存在问题及发展趋势等进行总结,为今后拓展主动健康的应用范围提供参考。
Active health represents the development and application of the traditional Chinese medical concept of"preventive treatment of diseases"in the contemporary era.It emphasizes exerting subjective initiative,adopting healthy lifestyles,and preventing the occurrence of diseases.As people pay more and more attention to health,active health has become an essential part of a national health security system covering all populations,the entire life cycle,and all health processes.The advent of the active health concept has already played a role in health management,disease prevention and control,and the construction of the public health system.By analyzing relevant literature on active health,this article summarizes the current application fields,evaluation tools,existing problems,and development trends of active health,providing a reference for expanding the application scope of active health in the future.
