铀钼基金属燃料裂变与离子辐照效应比较的蒙特卡洛研究

Monte Carlo Study on the Comparison of Fission and Ion Irradiation Effects in U-Mo-based Metallic Fuels

摘要 重离子辐照是在堆外模拟裂变碎片产生的辐照损伤效应的快速研究手段。由于入射方式与离子种类的不同,离子辐照与燃料裂变反应的辐照效应相似性是采用重离子模拟堆内辐照时最关心的基础问题。本文采用了基于蒙特卡洛方法对离子束和裂变碎片在铀钼基金属燃料产生的一系列辐照损伤效应进行了量化比较,并利用有效系数建立了累积相关量和速率相关量两类辐照损伤效应的等效关系,从而为金属燃料模拟辐照试验设计和理解两种辐照方式下微观损伤机理提供理论依据。 Heavy ion irradiation serves as a rapid experimental approach for out-of-pile simulation of irradiation damage effects induced by fission fragments.Due to the differences in incident methods and ion species,the similarity between ion irradiation effects and those induced by fuel fission reactions is a fundamental concern when using heavy ions to simulate in-pile irradiation.This study employs a Monte Carlo-based approach to quantitatively compare a series of irradiation damage effects generated by ion beams and fission fragments in U-Mo-based metallic fuels.An equivalence relationship between cumulative-related and rate-related irradiation damage effects is established by utilizing effective coefficients.This provides a theoretical basis for designing simulated irradiation tests on metallic fuels and understanding the microscopic damage mechanisms under both irradiation conditions.
