摘要
在现代机械制造中,蜗杆传动因其独特的传动性能而被广泛应用。蜗杆修整滚轮齿廓的精确建模对于提升蜗杆加工质量至关重要。然而,目前修形磨齿滚轮齿廓求解策略,需要经过多次坐标变换,求解过程复杂,不利于我国超硬材料制品发展及齿轮加工质量提升。本文基于等效齿条法,深入探讨了齿轮与滚轮之间的几何参数等效关系,构建了蜗杆修整滚轮的建模算法模型,提出了相应的求解策略,并通过实例验证了该方法的可行性。该建模方法可以满足齿轮加工需求,为蜗杆磨齿加工工艺的优化提供了理论支撑,对于推动我国超硬材料制品发展有着重要的技术指导意义。
In modern machinery manufacturing,worm drive is widely used because of its unique performance,and the precise modeling of worm dressing roller tooth profile is very important to improve the quality of worm machining.However,at present,the strategy of solving the tooth profile of the modified grinding roller needs to undergo multiple coordinate transformations,and the solving process is complicated,which is not conducive to the development of superhard material products and the improvement of gear machining quality in China.In this paper,based on the equivalent rack method,the geometric parameter equivalence relationship between the gear and the roller was deeply discussed,the modeling algorithm model of worm dressing roller was constructed,the process solving strategy was given,and the feasibility of the method was verified.The modeling method can meet the needs of gear machining,provide strong support for the optimization and improvement of worm grinding technology,and has important technical guidance significance for expanding the development of superhard material products in our country.
