摘要
为提升公共社区建设水平并实现其环境的可持续发展,研究以成都武侯区高碑社区邻里中心设计实践为例,基于“三重可持续”(环境、经济、社会可持续)理念,探索公共社区的设计路径、策略与方法。在阐述该理念内涵的基础上,聚焦相关设计实践进行深入分析,提炼出社区环境再现法、社区经济再生法、社区文化再兴法三大核心设计方法。研究表明,公共社区可持续设计需兼顾环境、经济、社会三个维度,上述方法可有效推动“环境—经济—社会”的协同发展,提升可持续设计的品质,以期为绿色公共社区建设提供方法论参考与实践支撑。
To enhance the construction level of public communities and achieve their environmental sustainability,this study takes the design practice of the neighborhood center in Gaobei Community,Wuhou District,Chengdu as a case study.Based on the concept of"triple sustainability"(environmental,economic,and social sustainability),it explores the design paths,strategies,and methods of public communities.Based on the elaboration of the connotation of this concept,an in-depth analysis is conducted by focusing on relevant design practices,and three core design methods,namely the Community Environment Reproduction Method,the Community Economic Regeneration Method,and the Community Culture Revival Method,are distilled.Research shows that sustainable design in public communities needs to take into account the three dimensions of environment,economy and society.The above-mentioned methods can effectively promote the coordinated development of"environment-economysociety",improve the quality of sustainable design,and provide methodological references and practical support for for the construction of green public communities.
