基于SAPAD-TFAHP-FBS的智能公交站台设计研究

摘要 为缓解乘客等待的负面情绪,改善乘车体验并提升候车效率与满意度,文章提出SAPAD-TFAHP-FBS的创新设计方法与流程。研究以感知等待时间理论为切入点,问卷调查和用户访谈对乘客候车的焦虑成因进行了初步分析,首先运用SAPAD模型拆解行为得出需求,再以TFAHP计算需求权重排序,最后运用FBS模型构建结构框架并完成方案设计。结果表明,基于该方法设计的公交站台在一定程度上弥补了现有公交站台设计中对用户情绪度关注的欠缺,以期为城市家具的相关设计提供可借鉴的实践方向与理论参考。 To alleviate the negative emotions of passengers waiting,improve the riding experience and enhance the efficiency and satisfaction of waiting,this article proposes the innovative design method and process of SAPAD-TFAHP-FBS.The research takes the theory of perceived waiting time as the entry point,and conducts a preliminary analysis of the causes of passengers'anxiety while waiting for the bus through questionnaire surveys and user interviews.Firstly,the SAPAD model is used to break down the behavior to obtain the demand,then the TFAHP is used to calculate the demand weight ranking,and finally the FBS model is used to construct the structural framework and complete the scheme design.The results show that the bus stops designed based on this method to some extent make up for the lack of attention to users'emotional levels in the existing bus stop designs,providing a practical direction and theoretical reference for the related designs of urban furniture.
