新工科背景下海工装备类课程教学模式探究——以海洋水下作业装备为例

摘要 海洋工程装备是开发海洋资源的关键。在全球海洋经济迅速发展与海洋强国建设的双重驱动下,旨在培养大国工匠的装备实践类课程日益重要,这对高校工科教育提出了新的要求与挑战。本文基于新工科建设背景,以海洋水下作业装备为例,分析了当前教学模式存在的问题,提出了“教—创—赛—研—产”深度融合的五维协同全链条创新培养体系,旨在打通理论与实践、课堂与社会、科研与产业的壁垒,从而能够在形成独具特色的教育模式的同时培养兼具专业素养与实践能力的复合型人才,有效促进科技水平的提高。结果表明,该体系可以有效提升学生的实践创新能力和工程素养,能够为培养适应海洋开发与智能化转型需求的高素质人才提供新的思路和方法。 Marine engineering equipment is pivotal for the development of marine resources.Driven by the dual forces of the rapid global expansion of the ocean economy and the Maritime Power strategy,practice-oriented courses aimed at cultivating master craftsmen for the nation have become increasingly vital.This presents new challenges to engineering education in higher institutions.Against the backdrop of emerging engineering education initiatives,this paper takes subsea operational equipment as a case study to analyze existing issues in current teaching models.It proposes a deeply integrated five-dimensional collaborative and holistic innovation cultivation framework-“teaching-innovation-competition-research-production”.The system is designed to bridge the gaps between theory and practice,classroom and society,as well as research and industry.This approach aims to establish a distinctive educational model while nurturing versatile talents equipped with both professional expertise and practical skills,thereby effectively advancing technological progress.Results demonstrate that this framework significantly enhances students’practical innovation capabilities and engineering literacy,offering novel insights and methodologies for cultivating high-caliber professionals to meet the demands of marine development and intelligent transformation.
