摘要
在师德建设不断加强的背景下,部分高校教师在互联网环境中逐渐面临思想根基动摇、身份认同危机以及教育难度提高等问题。结合当前的政策规范,高校应以互联网工具为支撑,通过不断提高教师自我修养、构建师德培训体系、实施师德监督常态化等途径,来提高教师的业务能力、规范教师网络行为。通过教师个人提升、建立外部机制等方式,全面提升高校教师的师德素养,增强其在教育过程中的道德自律与角色认同。
Under the background of constantly strengthening the construction of teachers’ethics,some college teachers are gradually faced with problems such as ideological foundation shaking,identity crisis and increasing difficulty in education in the Internet environment.In combination with the current policy norms,colleges and uni‑versities should take Internet tools as the support to improve teachers’professional ability and standardize teach‑ers’network behavior by constantly improving teachers’self-cultivation,building a system for the training of teachers’ethics,implementing the normalization of supervision for teachers’ethics and so on.From personal pro‑motion to the establishment of external mechanisms,it is aimed to comprehensively enhance the professional eth‑ics of college teachers,and promote their moral self-discipline and role recognition in the educational process.
