摘要
新媒体的迅猛发展正在深刻改变大学生的学习生活方式,给班主任开展学生工作带来了新的挑战,多元化的信息传播方式使学生思想观念更易受影响。网络虚拟社交的盛行,改变了学生人际交往方式;自媒体时代,学生的信息茧房效应凸显,导致学生思想教育难度加大。新形势下,班主任开展学生工作,理念上应从“管理为主”到“引导为先”,方法上应从“经验驱动”到“科学引领”,内容上应从“事务兜底”到“精准育人”,不断探索管理方法的转型升级。
The rapid development of new media is profoundly changing the learning and living patterns of college students,bringing new challenges to the work of class advisors.The diversification of information dissemination methods makes students'ideologies more susceptible to influence.The prevalence of virtual social networking has altered the way students interact with each other.In the era of self-media,the"information cocoon"effect among students has become more pronounced,increasing the difficulty of ideological education.Under the new circumstances,class advisors need to transform their approaches in conducting student work.In terms of philosophy,they should shift from"management-oriented"to"guidance-first";in methodology,from"experience-driven"to"scientific leadership";and in content,from"transactional support"to"targeted education,"continuously exploring the transformation and upgrading of management methods.
