传统与变革:晚清民国时期茶商号的经营与转型

摘要 晚清民国,国势倾颓。茶业经营者们求变自强,在殖民经济体系冲击与国内市场解组的背景下,他们并未盲从西方商业规则,亦未囿于传统商号旧轨,而是以西式公司之精密架构、标准化流程与制度化规训为骨,以传统商道之诚信为本、义利并重与德行涵养为魂,贯通中西,熔铸出中国近代茶业组织的独特范式。在此探索中,诸茶商号高举国货大旗,关注上流人士、名媛淑女等特殊消费群体,弘扬“济世”情怀,注重“科学”引领,推陈出新,终使传统茶业在时代裂变中重获新生,映照出中国商业文化在传统与近代碰撞中的蜕变图景,亦可为后人提供关于品牌建设、企业治理与本土市场文化协调的诸多经验与启示。 During the late Qing Dynasty and the Republican period,the national power was on the decline.Tea business operators were seeking change and self-improvement.Against the backdrop of the impact of the colonial economic system and the disintegration of the domestic market,they did not blindly follow Western business rules,nor were they confined to the old ways of traditional business firms.Eventually,the traditional tea industry was reborn in the era's transformation,reflecting the transformation picture of China's commercial culture in the collision of tradition and modernity.It can also provide many experiences and inspirations for future generations regarding the coordination of brand building,corporate governance and local market culture.
