创新师范专业法治教育的虚拟仿真教学实验探索

Exploration on innovation of virtual simulation experiment regarding legal education for Normal University students

摘要 如何化解中小学教育惩戒的“不敢实施”与“不当实施”2个极端,是当前教育管理亟待破解的困境。教育惩戒因其不可逆性和实践案例的碎片化,成为师范生“教育政策与法规”课程学习的痛点和难点。“中小学教育惩戒的合法边界仿真教学实验”探索学科交叉与信息技术融合的新文科教改路径,通过沉浸式角色选择、以“第一人称漫游+双人联机互动”创设活泼的思维对抗交互条件,鼓励师范生自主分析并创造性解决因教育惩戒引发的家校民事纠纷,从而建构教育惩戒的合法边界的认知。通过“差异化评价”“鼓励试错纠错”“激励更高挑战”更精准地评价学生的实验效果,培育学生的智识与韧劲,引导学生树立“手中有戒尺、眼中有关爱、心中有法度”的思政理念。 It is a dilemma as to how to resolve the two extremes of“dare not to implement”and“improper implementation”of educational discipline by primary and secondary school,which needs to be solved urgently in current education management.Due to its non-reversibility and fragmentation educational discipline has always been a pain point and difficulty for Normal University students to learn the curriculum“Education Policies and Regulations”.“The Simulation Teaching Experiment on Legitimate Boundary of Primary and Secondary School Educational Discipline”explores a new path of reform on liberal arts education that integrates interdisciplinary logic and information technology.Normal University students are encouraged to independently analyze and creatively resolve civil disputes between parent and schools caused by educational reform,and independently construct the cognition of the legitimate boundaries of educational discipline by means of immersive role selection and“Me roaming+Bilateral online interaction”which is aimed to create lively thinking confrontation interaction conditions.With“differentiated evaluation”“encourage trial and error correction”as well as“motivate higher challenges”,the experimental results of students are evaluated more accurately,the students'wisdom and tenacity are cultivated,and the ideological and political concept of“ruler in hand,love in eyes,and law in heart”are guided.
