摘要
中药材的前处理过程是中药炮制、中药制剂加工等工程技术的重要环节,熟悉其过程是药学类等专业的重要教学目标。为改进中药材前处理学习模式,促进教学效果,探索构建了以知母、人参、延胡索和大黄为代表的中药材前处理虚拟仿真教学平台。通过信息化和虚拟仿真技术有效融合,应用“认知—实践—考核”的教学方法,不仅使学生摆脱了实验受药材生产季节和实验场地的限制,还有助于学生对中药材“形态特征+前处理”技术链形成深刻而形象的认知,从而增强药学实验教学的生动性和效果,培养学生创新性关联思考能力。
The pre-treatment procedures of Chinese medicinal materials are important parts in the processing technologies of preparation of Chinese medicinal materials,and the grasping of such a process is an important teaching objective of pharmacy related courses.In order to improve the learning mode of Chinese medicinal materials pretreatment and promote the teaching effect,we explored to build a virtual simulation teaching platform of Chinese medicinal materials pretreatment and processing,represented by common anemarrhena rhizome,ginseng,rhizoma corydalis and rhubarb.Through the effective integration of information technology and virtual simulation technology,and the application of the teaching method of“cognition-practice-examination”,the students not only carried out experiments beyond the limitations of growing season of medicinal materials and experimental place,but also obtained a systematic cognition of the technology chain of“morphological characteristics+pre-treatment”of Chinese medicinal materials.The practices based on virtual simulation enhance the vitality of pharmaceutical experimental teaching,train the students with innovations and thinking ability.
