摘要
优良品种是提高农业生产效率的基础和关键。基于河南省小麦主产区调研农户的微观数据,探究网络购物、农业保险对农户品种更新行为的影响,并从家庭决策的异质性进一步讨论网络购物对农户品种更新行为的影响。研究发现,网络购物频率越高的农户,其品种更新频率越高;农业保险在网络购物对农户品种更新行为的影响中起到显著的正向调节作用;网络购物对不同家庭决策类型的农户品种更新行为存在着明显差异。为此,应重视网络购物平台作为农业技术和产品推广的载体作用,针对农户使用新产品的担忧推出针对性险种,严厉打击利用网络平台出售低劣、仿冒种子的违法行为,打破传统性别认知壁垒,鼓励农村女性积极参与就业创业和农业生产活动。
Elite varieties are the foundation and key to enhancing agricultural production efficiency.Based on the micro-data of surveyed farmers in the main wheat-producing areas in Henan Province,this paper explores the influence of online shopping and agricultural insurance on farmers'variety renewal behavior,and further discusses the influence of online shopping on farmers'variety renewal behavior from the perspective of the heterogeneity of family decisions.Research has found that farmers who shop online more frequently have a higher frequency of variety renewal.Agricultural insurance plays a significant positive regulatory role in the impact of online shopping on farmers'variety renewal behavior.There are obvious differences in the variety renewal behaviors of farmers with different family decision-making types in online shopping.To this end,the role of online shopping platforms as carriers for promoting agricultural technologies and products should be emphasized.Targeted insurance products should be launched in response to farmers'concerns about using new products.Illegal acts of selling inferior and counterfeit seeds through online platforms should be severely cracked down on.Traditional gender cognitive barriers should be broken down,and rural women should be encouraged to actively participate in employment,entrepreneurship and agricultural production activities.
