摘要
选用44.4dtex/12f(40D/12f)的全消光和半光锦纶丝与44.4dtex氨纶丝交织,在特利科脱经编机上通过原料搭配、组织设计、排纱方式开发凉感速干防紫外线小提花户外运动针织面料。详细介绍面料的设计思路、编织工艺、染整工艺及注意事项和技术要点,并测试面料的基本服用性能、吸湿速干性、防紫外线性能、凉感性能和外观风格评估等。结果表明,开发的面料外观具有细微竖条纹小提花效果,具有良好的抗钩丝、抗起毛球性能和吸湿速干性能,防紫外线UPF值大于100,凉感系数Qm_(ax)值为0.274W/cm^(2)符合夏季户外运动面料的要求。
This study develops a cool-feel,quick-dry and UV-resistant small jacquard knitted fabric for outdoor sports.The fabric is interknitted with 44.4 dtex/12 f fully dull and semi-dull nylon filaments and 44.4 dtex spandex on a gauge E40 tricot warp knitting machine,through rational raw material matching,pattern design and yarn arrangement.This paper details the design concept,knitting process,dyeing and finishing process as well as the precautions and technical key points of the fabric.Additionally,tests are conducted on the fabric's basic wearing performance,moisture absorption and quick-drying performance,UV-resistant performance,cool-feel performance,and appearance style evaluation.The results show that the developed fabric features a fine vertical striped small jacquard effect,excellent anti-snagging and anti-pilling performance,superior moisture absorption and quick-drying performance.Its ultraviolet protection factor(UPF)is greater than 100,and the coolfeel coefficient(Q_(max))is greater than 0.274 W/cm^(2),which meets the requirements for summer outdoor sports fabrics.
