麻织物服用性能的分析研究

Study of Wearing Properties of the Bast Fiber Fabric

摘要 麻织物具有服用保健性能,文章依据相应国家标准,对罗布麻、苎麻、亚麻与棉的混纺织物,进行远红外性能、抗静电性能、防紫外线性能及抗菌性能测试分析。结果表明:罗布麻、棉混纺织物及亚麻、棉混纺织物远红外性能最优,苎麻、棉混纺织物最差;罗布麻、棉混纺织物紫外线防护性能最优,亚麻、棉混纺织物次之,苎麻、棉混纺织物最差;罗布麻、棉混纺织物及苎麻、棉混纺织物抗静电性能最优,亚麻、棉混纺织物最差;苎麻、棉混纺织物抗菌性能最优,罗布麻、棉混纺织物次之,亚麻、棉混纺织物最差,但都达到了国家标准相应技术要求。因此,罗布麻具有开发优异服用性能保健面料的特性,市场前景广阔。 The bast fiber fabric has health care wearing property.In this paper,the apocynum/cotton,ramie/cotton,flax/cotton blended fabrics are studied,and their far infrared radiation property,anti-static property,ultraviolet radiation protective property and antibacterial property are tested according to the relevant national standards.The results show that the far infrared radiation property of apocynum/cotton and flax/cotton blended fabric are better than that of ramie/cotton blends fabric.The apocynum/cotton blended fabric has the best anti-ultraviolet ability followed by flax/cotton blended fabric,the ultraviolet resistance property of ramie/cotton blends fabric is the worst of all.The antistatic property of apocynum/cotton and ramie/cotton blended fabrics are better than that of flax/cotton blended fabric.Ramie/cotton blended fabric has the best antibacterial property followed by apocynum/cotton blended fabric.The antibacterial property of flax/cotton blends fabric is the worst of all,but it can still meet the national standard of antibacterial property.Therefore,the apocynum fiber has the characteristics of developing excellent health care fabrics with excellent performance,which has a broad market prospect.
