摘要
分析少梳栉压纱经编机的成圈运动,确定槽针、针芯、梳栉、压纱运动要求,槽针针尖最少有20个工艺要求到达点,针芯相对于槽针做直线移动,梳栉往复摆动具有速度要求,压纱板为具有运动停歇的往复直线运动。选用凸轮-连杆组合机构作为针床摆动和槽针上下运动、针芯运动和梳栉摆动的实现方案,压纱机构选用平面六连杆机构实现。通过解析法综合出各个编织机件运动实现机构的尺度及运动输入件凸轮轮廓线,为研发少梳栉压纱经编机打下基础。
This paper analyzes the laping motion of the less fall-plate controlled guide bars on the warp knitting machine,and defines the motion requirements for the open-stem needle,needle blade,guide bar and fall-plate.The needle tip of the open-stem needle needs to reach at least 20 process-specified positions,the needle blade performs a linear movement relative to the open-stem needle,the guide bar requires a specific speed for its reciprocating swing motion,and the fall plate executes a reciprocating linear motion with an intermittent dwell phase.A cam and linkage combined mechanism is selected as the implementation scheme for the needle bar swing,the vertical movement of the open-stem needle,the needle blade motion and the guide bar swing,while a planar six-bar linkage mechanism is adopted for the fall plate motion.The dimensions of the motion-implementing mechanisms for each knitting component and the cam profile curves of the motion input components are synthesized via the analytical method,laying a solid foundation for the research and development of the less fall-plate controlled guide bars on the warp knitting machine.
