摘要
针对当前基于电子横移的少梳经编网眼织物纹理简单、花型单一的设计现状,结合电子横移花高循环不受限制且垫纱数码变化丰富,以及经编网眼形成方法多变的特点,探讨电子横移对少梳经编网眼花型设计带来的可能变化,在总结少梳经编网眼花型的基本设计方法之后,提出了一种利用电子横移进行网眼多重组合形成图案的产品设计方法。
The mesh fabrics knitted by electronic shogging of warp knitting machine with few guide bars usually have simple weaves and patterns, but electronic shogging can generate unlimited pattern repeat and varied laying patterns, and the way for forming the mesh is also varied. The paper discussed the changes that electronic shogging may bring to few-guide-bar warp-knitted mesh patterns, and based on summing up the basic designing method of such mesh patterns, it proposed a product design method that uses electronic shogging to make multiple combination of meshes, and consequently for various mesh patterns.
