摘要
根据MT-2型缓冲器物理结构和工作机理,建立了基于其结构参数的缓冲器动力学模型和货车冲击动力学模型,并构建列车冲击仿真程序。通过分析缓冲器结构参数对其性能的影响,确定其关键结构参数,并采用遗传算法与传统算法相结合的方法对缓冲器关键结构参数进行数学优化求解。结果表明,MT-2型缓冲器最关键的结构参数为楔块的3个接触角,它们对缓冲器性能的影响是高度非线性的。现有缓冲器结构参数仍有优化的空间,经过优化后的缓冲器各方面性能均有明显提升。
According to the composition,operational principle of the MT-2 draft gear,and based on its quasi-static mechanical model,the dynamics model of draft gear is established.The shunting shock simulation program is constructed through the shunting shock dynamics model.By investigating the impact of draft gear structure parameters on its performance,the key structure parameters are found and optimized by using a combination of genetic algorithm and traditional algorithm.The results show that the most critical structural parameters of the MT-2 draft gear are the three contact angles of the wedge,and their impact on the draft gear performance is highly non-linear.The current structure parameters are not optimal,and there is still room for optimization.After optimization,the performance of the draft gear has been significantly improved in all aspects.This research is helpful for other types of wagon draft gear.
