摘要
介绍了TM-100型缓冲器的结构、性能以及工作原理,并给出了缓冲器落锤试验及冲击试验情况。结果表明,用胶泥组件替换MT-2型缓冲器的内簧后,TM-100型缓冲器具有了与冲击速度相匹配的胶泥缓冲器的阻抗性能,并可将缓冲容量提高60%~100%。采用动力学仿真的方法研究了TM-100型缓冲器与MT-2型缓冲器对列车纵向冲动的缓冲作用,比较了两种缓冲器的不同之处,指出TM-100型缓冲器不仅显著提高了缓冲器的容量,能够解决MT-2型缓冲器容量小、行程上不足的缺点,而且降低了车钩力的瞬态冲击值,进而实现改善钩缓工作环境、提高钩缓装置使用寿命的目的,充分满足万吨级列车的运用要求。
This paper,based on analysis of the structure,performance and working principles of TM-100 type draft gear,gives a detailed account of drop weight test and impacting test,the results indicate that when its inside spring is replaced by elastomer components,TM-100type draft gear retains the impedance nature of elastomer draft gears matching the impact velocity,with its buffer capacity up 60%-100%.Then it studies,by dynamic simulation,the damp functions of TM-100 type draft gear and MT-2 type draft gear for the longitudinal impact of the train,compares their differences,and comes to the conclusion that TM-100 type draft gear not only significantly can improve the capacity of draft gears,make up the capacity and prolong stroke of MT-2 type draft gear,but also can lower the transient impacting value of coupler force,thereby improve the service condition of the coupler draft gear system,prolong its in-service life,and fully meet the operating requirements of 10000t heavy haul trains.
