摘要
目的 探讨小针刀松解联合穴位注射治疗对膝骨关节炎患者疼痛及膝关节功能的影响。方法 选取2023年1月-2025年5月在吉安县人民医院就诊的66例膝骨关节炎患者,通过随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(33例)和研究组(33例)。对照组采用单纯穴位注射疗法,研究组在此基础上加用小针刀松解治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Lysholm膝关节功能评分以及症状量表评分,同时监测治疗期间的不良反应。结果 研究组总有效率达93.94%,优于对照组的72.73%(P<0.05)。治疗后两组VAS评分和症状评分均下降,Lysholm评分提升,其中研究组的VAS评分(1.85±0.52)分、症状评分(4.23±1.05)分均低于对照组(3.26±0.68)分、(8.89±1.32)分,而Lysholm评分[(82.56±5.34)分]高于对照组[(68.92±6.17)分](P<0.05)。治疗后两组关节疼痛、关节僵硬、活动受限及总分均有所改善,且研究组各维度及总分上改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 小针刀松解与穴位注射联合治疗膝骨关节炎具有协同增效作用,能提高治疗效果,有效缓解疼痛并改善患者关节功能,且治疗安全可靠,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of small akupotomye release combined with acupoint injection on pain and knee joint function in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 66 patients with knee osteoarthritis who were treated in Ji′an County People′s Hospital from January 2023 to May 2025 were selected and divided into control group(33 patients)and study group(33 patients)by random number table method.The control group was treated with simple acupoint injection therapy,and the study group was treated with small akupotomye release on this basis.The clinical efficacy,pain visual analogue scale(VAS),Lysholm knee function score and symptom scale score were compared between the two groups,and the adverse reactions during the treatment were monitored.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.94%,which was better than 72.73%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score and symptom score of the two groups were decreased,and the Lysholm score was increased,meanwhile the VAS score[(1.85±0.52)scores]and symptom score[(4.23±1.05)scores]of the study group were lower than those of the control group[(3.26±0.68)score and(8.89±1.32)scores],while the Lysholm score[(82.56±5.34)scores]was higher than that of the control group[(68.92±6.17)scores](P<0.05).After treatment,the joint pain,joint stiffness,activity limitation and total score of the two groups were improved,and the improvement of each dimension and total score of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of small akupotomye release and acupoint injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has a synergistic effect,which can improve the therapeutic effect,effectively relieve pain and improve the joint function of patients,and the treatment is safe and reliable.
