新护士护理安全系统化培训措施与成效 被引量:70

The practice and effects of systematic nursing safety training for new nurses

摘要 目的探索减少新护士发生护理差错事故的培训方法。方法设计了新护士"知、闻、行、思、说"等"五会"系统化培训方法。知:新护士通过自我书本学习,系统学习护理安全理论知识,提高安全认知水平;闻:通过听取护士长课堂讲授,了解护理安全现状、差错事故发生原因及防范措施;行:进入临床,将安全理论与实践相结合,养成良好的护理安全行为;思:通过思索,撰写安全承诺书,对护理安全从感性认识上升到理性认识;说:通过演说,交流思想,分享经验,达到共同进步的目的。结果 95%新护士对患者安全的概念、护理相关法律法规、护理差错事故的类型、原因、防范措施等有了明确的认知,新护士"患者身份核对流程"执行率100%,护理安全理论考试合格率99%,护理差错数量与严重程度明显下降,护理安全意识与安全行为显著增强。结论新护士护理安全系统化培训措施是减少新护士发生护理差错事故的有效方法之一。 Objective To explore effective training means to reduce nursing errors among new nurses. Methods The training program including learning,listening,doing,thinking and speaking was developed. Learning means to learn nursing safety theory through self-directed reading to improve nurses' cognitive level to nursing safety. Listening means to listen to class lectures by head nurses to understand the present situation of nursing safety,the causes and preventive measures of adverse accidents. Doing means to participate in clinical practice to combine the safety theory and practice and develop good nursing safety behaviors. Thinking means to write down the safety commitment through thinking. Speaking means to communicate with each other through speech to share experiences. Results About 95% of the new nurses had a clear understanding to the concept of patient safety,nursing related laws and regulations,the types,causes and preventive strategies of nursing errors. The imple- mentation rate of patient identity check process was 100% among new nurses;the qualified rate of nursing safety theory examination was 99%;the incidence and severity of nursing errors decreased obviously;the new nurses' nursing safety awareness and behaviors were significantly enhanced. Conclusion The systematic nursing safety training is one of effective methods to re- duce nursin~ errors among new nurses.
