摘要
采集商丘地区2种观赏树木——贴梗海棠(Chaenomeles speciose)和木槿(Hibiscus syriacus)的枯枝,对枝条上的病害开展系统研究,通过组织分离、内部形态观察、分离病原菌、纯化获得纯培养物,并结合分子生物学方法确定了病原菌种类。结果表明,贴梗海棠枝干受壳囊孢属真菌Cytospora donetzica侵染,该真菌为国内首次报道,属中国新纪录真菌;木槿枝干被大单孢属(Aplosporella hesperidica)侵染,木槿为此真菌的新寄主纪录。
The dead branches of two ornamental tree species,Chaenomeles speciosa and Hibiscus syriacus,were collected from the Shangqiu region.A systematic study was conducted on the diseases affecting these branches,encompassing tissue separation,internal morphological examination,pathogen isolation,and purification to obtain pure cultures.Molecular biological techniques were employed to identify the species of pathogenic bacteria.The results showed that the stems of C.speciosa were infected by Cytospora donetzica,marking the first report of this pathogen in China.This represents a novel fungal record for the country.Additionally,the stems of H.syriacus were found to be infected by Aplosporella hesperidica.This is the first documentation of H.syriacus as a host for this particular fungus.
